It all begins within
Our relationship to self is the foundation of our life. What we feel, think and believe about ourselves informs our view of the world and our role within it, making our outer reality a direct reflection of our inner reality. In a world that often leads us away from ourselves, it is my mission to guide you back home to yourself and the wisdom within.
My philosophy is rooted in intuition and curiosity - I am here to listen and learn from your life experiences, ask guiding questions, identify common threads and offer reflections from my observation and personal experiences to support you in deepening your understanding of self. Using practical tools from various modalities and using a grounded methodology, together we create a sustainable path towards self love, clarity and liberation.
INNATURE
in na ture | /inā’-chə(r)/
The collective, essential wisdom shared by all energetic parts of the natural world — from the plants to the planets and beyond.
”When we embrace innature, we awaken our innate sense of being”
Several years ago, a knowing came to me - a word. And its meaning. It was a simple explanation of a concept I had known in my being since I was born - a philosophy that was not something of conscious thought, but rather a living, breathing part of me, present in every moment of my life.
Although the definition came through me, the concept of innature is not novel or unique - it is a foundational aspect of many cultures around the world and throughout history, and yet it came to me for a reason. In a world where we are often led away from ourselves, remembering this concept - which lives in each and every one of us - is the path towards connection to self, to others and to the natural world.
Innature is a framework for understanding the unique cycles, seasons and energies that exist around and within us. By tuning into this essential wisdom, and by interacting with the other fundamental systems that share it — everything from the plants to the planets — we strengthen our connection to self. Innature allows us to bring awareness to ourselves and how we interact with the world around us. It invites us to notice the parallels between our human experience and what is occurring in the natural world.
Using this wisdom as a guide, we can begin to deepen our understanding of self in infinite ways including: how to come back to balance (using elemental wisdom, the balance of masculine and feminine, yin and yang), how to develop sustainable self-trust (embracing change, examining patterns), learning how to be present and mindful, trusting in the flow of life and moving through things that are holding you back (seasonal wisdom of release, surrender, faith, renewal, rebirth) and ultimately, embracing and celebrating the whole self.
Innature has become one of the guiding principles of my work with others. Through meditation, mindfulness and one on one work, I support others in unifying their mind, body and soul and through my approach, I guide others to remembering their connection to self, to others and to the natural world. These systems, all intrinsically linked, provide a framework for deep understanding of self and returning to the wisdom within.
