Healing, sharing and connecting in ceremony with others is a sacred tradition practiced in many cultures around the world. Throughout history, these gatherings have been a place to deepen connection to self, to other and to the natural world. Collective experiences provide a safe space to come as you are, share your whole self and be held in community.
IN PERSON
Sacred Circles
Following the ancient tradition of healing, sharing and connecting in community, these sacred gatherings are a place to come together, be present, talk, listen and honour ourselves and one another. (Held in-person).
Each circle is held in a beautifully adorned space with much thought given to ambience, energy and comfort. An immersive healing experience unlike any other. All in-person circles are currently held in Ontario, Canada.

Seasonal Gatherings
Join us to celebrate each Solstice and Equinox in community. A safe space to deepen your connection to self, others and nature. (Held in-person).
Although each gathering is unique, foundational aspects include — gaining a deeper understanding of our connection to nature and the changing seasons, guidance to support you in identifying your goals for the season, journalling exercise, guided meditation experience, open discussion and sharing. All seasonal gatherings are currently held in Ontario, Canada.

The community you’ve been waiting for.
An ongoing women’s group for those looking to deepen their connection to self, to others and to nature. A safe space to explore your whole self, build community and feel held just as you are.
Journey through this season in nature and in life alongside a supportive, loving group of women .Common aspects of a SC gathering — open discussion of community themes, journaling, organic meals at in-person gatherings, guided meditation experience. (Held online and in-person).
